Picture inserted into Office Outlook

I am using Office 2003 and Vista operating system.

When I insert a picture as attachment into e-mail it is EXTREMELY large. I
have XP on my other computer and it would throw up a window that asked you if
you wnated to send original size or make smaller. I can't figure out how to
do that in Vista.

Does anyone know how I can do this?
