Picture Insertion Problem

Hi All,
I am having a problem inserting a picture from file to a web page. The
picture will insert ok, but when I go to picture properties, appearance, to
add a border by selecting the "style" button, the style button is not active.
I have done this in the past and cannot figure out whats going on now. Any
and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks..

Did you first save the picture to a place within your web and then try
inserting it into your web page.

The picture will insert on the webpage ok. It is the "style" button in
Picture Properties that does not work. It is not highlighted as the other
buttons. This happens whether or not the picture is saved within the
website. Thanks for the response.

Check Tools Page Options Authoring and make sure CSS is enabled
