Picture Manage: Unable to "send" picture to open e-mail message

Picture Manager allows me to send a picture to a mail recipient or insert the
image in a new e-mail message. It does not however, allow me to insert the
image in an e-mail message that is currently open. In other words, there is
no way to use Picture Manager to insert an image into a Reply.

I would like to be able to insert in an open message and benefit from
Picture Manager's built-in options for image preview within an e-mail
message.
