Picture Manager activation issue

I have Microsoft Office Small Business Edition on Vista and all the
applications are activated except for Picture Manager - everytime I open it
it asks for me to activate it and all the controls are grayed out.

Please help - this is SO frustrating - I keep reading that it is a common
issue BUT I have not found any solution posted yet.

Yammering the same question repeatedly, redundantly, and incessantly
will not help you. I know a solution has been posted... I was going to
find a link to it for you, but you obviously have too much time on your
hands, so you can use some of that time to find it yourself. The
"regulars" who answer questions here come from all over the world, and
it may take 24 hours or more for all of the regulars to see your
question. Have a bit of patience.
