Picture Manager and Thumbnails

I recently upgraded to Office 2003 on a Windows 2000
workstation. Picture Manager is now the default viewer. My
issue is I can't get it to display jpeg files in the
thumbnail view. All I get is the Picture Manager icon in a
box with the file name listed underneath...thanks for any
thoughts...

George,
I had a similar problem with Frontpage, it would not show the
thumbnails for any graphics file type. When I went into
Internet explorer and deleted the Temporary Internet Files,
it solved the problem.
I fought this problem on and off for a considerable time, I hope it
helps to solve your problem!
