Picture Manager Batch Processing

Does anyone know if you can batch process to normalize the size of a group of
pictures? i.e. have a 80 some pictures and I need them all to be no more
than 240 pixels high. I would like to do them as a batch as opposed to doing
them one at a time like I currently do in Photo Editor.
