picture manager - editing?

Am hoping someone can help me. I have been using Picture manager for some
time. Recently somethings been going wrong. When i go to edit my picture to
size it down or correct it etc it does what i want to do and then i save it
as a new jpeg. However when i open the new jpeg picture i get a blank white
screen to the size that the photo should be. I dont know how to correct this
problem. As it stands now i cant edit pictures etc.

Would appreciate any help.

Hi Kay,

There are several possibilities. Two simple things
to try [start picture manager and test after
each one

(1) delete the temporary Internet file cache
from the Tools menu in Internet Explorer

(2) Do a repair/reinstall from the help menu in any
one of the Office apps.

Did you recently update Windows XP to SP2?
