Office 2000 had this great light photo editor called (if I remember it
correctly) Microsoft Photo Editor.
Office 2003 comes with Picture Manager , which
- UNINSTALLS Photo Editor even if you have kept your installation of Office
2000
- Is slow to start, and does not do half of the things Photo Editor was doing.
In other words, a step backwards.
