Picture manager is a huge step backward on Photo Editor

A

Office 2000 had this great light photo editor called (if I remember it
correctly) Microsoft Photo Editor.

Office 2003 comes with Picture Manager , which

- UNINSTALLS Photo Editor even if you have kept your installation of Office
2000
- Is slow to start, and does not do half of the things Photo Editor was doing.

In other words, a step backwards.
