Hi, folks. Have a strange issue with MS Picture Manager. When we receive
files from a graphics designer for a cover for a proposal, they open by
default in Picture Manager. Unfortunately, PM then truncates the top and
bottom of the image, cutting off portions of the top and bottom. Oddly, I
just tested, and it also happens in Microsoft Image Composer. BUT - if we
open them up in Microsoft Document Imaging, they open correctly.
The problem comes when the user opens them up in PM and saves the TIF - the
image gets saved incorrectly. I guess my option is to uninstall PM - but I'm
also curious what makes it behave like this. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
