Picture Manager useless to Domain Users, but not Admin . Power user for
example cannot edit pictures but the administrator can. Why ? Is there any
registry key to modify?

do you get an error message when a Power User launches Picture Manager?

Did you experience a Windows Installer "Preparing to install..." dialog box
upon startup?

No Gyorgy, i just cannot edit the pictures, no errors, no dialog boxes, i am
trying for example to change the brightness on a picture and the horizontal
scroll bar is moving but reset in zero "0" again.
When i change the user rights and make him administrator, then it work
perfect.

Thank you very much!

Is the logon the same as the computer name? If so that can cause problems with using MS Office Picture Manager.
