Picture Manager

Hi there, I have just purchased a new computer and found Microsoft Picture
Manager easy to use and very good. However two or three days later when next
I came to use it I found that it was exceedingly slow to load, and full of
error messages, when i tried to close it down it gave a message about not
being able to and Microsoft had to step in and force it to close. When I
click on photos that have been sent to me in email they take about five
minutes to load. this started out as a pretty good tool but it is filling me
with dread whenever I want to use it now as I know it will lead to
frustration. Anyone got any ideas?

I would try removing Microsoft Office Picture Manager (MOPR) and
reinstalling it...
If this is Windows XP, go to Microsoft Office in Control Panel - Add or
Remove Programs. In Vista, look in Control Panel - Programs and Features.

Click on Office, then Change - Add or Remove Features (might need to click
on Custom, depending on the version of Office). MOPR is located in Office
Tools.
