Picture Manager

I have been trying to rotate and compress a picture and then save the new
version for inclusion in a Word document. Every time I try to "save as", I
get the following message: Some files could not be saved. Try to save the
files again.

I can't find anything to explain this message. Help please!

try rotating this particular picture in MS Paint first and Save it.
Paint is included with your operating system and is found in Programs,
Accessories.

I tried saving the picture in Paint, and it said it couldn't do it.
Insufficient memory or other resources. I know the picture is big (almost
6MB), but that's why I want to compress it. Any other suggestions?

Then I'd suggest clearing the Temporary Internet Files and try again.
(Control Panel, Internet Options, General Tab, Delete Files button)

You may want to use the Picture Manager Export function where you can change
location, file name, file format and size.
