picture moves with text???

Sometimes I paste a picture under a text. When I move the text down with the
enter button the picture also moves.
That is fine.
But sometimes it does not. The picture stays where it is and the text moves
whcih annoys me.

So how do arrange this? How can I order ON to move the pciture or not to
move the picture when the text above it is moved?

If both the picture and the text are within the same outline, entering
text above the picture will move the picture. If the image is located in
a different outline or directly on the page, entering text will not move
the picture. IMO, the easiest way to move the picture into an outline is
to rightclick the picture, select copy (or cut), position the cursor
under the text where you want it to appear, and paste. To move the
picture out of an outline, click the picture and drag the move handle
until the picture snaps out of the outline, then position it anywhere on
the page.

my problem is that,
I move the picture with shift + mouse, wherever I want.
Then I would like it still to be within the outline....

Is this possible?
It does not seem so...

If you do not hold down shift while moving the picture it will stay
within the outline as you're moving it (you may need to manually resize
the outline to make it wider if you want to move the picture far to the
right though). Is that the effect you're aiming for? If not, could you
describe in greater detail what you're trying to achieve?

Ilya thanks for your concern. What I am trying to achieve:

When I paste the picture it is pasted on the left hand side of the
container.
What I want is to position it wherever I want (and not what ON induces me to
do so in incremental steps to the right or left),
but still keep the picture within the outline so that if I move the text
above it
the picture also moves.

That is all i want to achieve.
