When sending a picture as an attachment in Outlook 2007, you have the option
to resize the picture. You have 4 choices - original size, large, medium,
and small.
I want the picture size to default to large, not "Don't resize, send
originals."
My users repeatedly send 6 to 10 megapixel product images to customers and
never think to resize their images. Of course, I can tell them what they are
supposed to do, but then again, they are users and this just will not happen.
Setting this default could save about 40% on their mailbox sizes.
Is there an option tucked away somewhere in Outlook to set this default?
What about a registry setting, Group Policy setting, or does someone have a
custom ADM file to add this to Group Policy?
