Picture Property

I have a pdf form that I want to fill out using my database information.
I copied the form into paintbrush using printscreen and created a bmp file.

I use this file as a background for a form in the Picture Property.

when displaing the form I get a very poor picture
Is there a way to get a sharp looking picture?
