Picture Quality changes from 40 to 75 when using jpegs

Hello,

It seems everytime I add a new picture to my site all the
other pictures go from 40% quality back to 75%. Then I
have to go back and change them 40% again.

Can someone direct me to where I can change this and it
will be permanent?

When you import the image into your web, and then insert it on your page, as
long as FP doesn't prompt you to save the image, then there is no change in
the image quality, and you can disregard the default 75% value shown.
