In the old Office 2000, the Picture Manager would let you resize the picture
with or without aspect ratio, in the new Office Picture Manager (in Office
2003 Pro) you can't change the aspect ratio when you resize a picture,
therefore if you want to change the picture from 1024x768 to 1024x1000 you
can't do it.
I't is thereby my recommendation that there should be an update to the
program that would allow you to use aspect ratio or not.
