picture size in e-mail

Hi, I had an Office product (can't remember what year it was) that would automatically ask if you wanted your picture size reduced to send for e-mail. Does anyone know which version of Office does that? If not, do you know how to do that in Office XP without having to resize all of your pictures manually? (I keep them sized to print, not to view, so that is why I need to do this.)
Thanks for any help!

IIRC, Outlook 2000, 2002 and 2003 all have this capability. I'm running 2003
and it asks automatically every time I attach a photo/image.

If you select image files in Windows XP explorer, and select the email task,
then Windwos will ask if you want to resize the files.
