Go into your image editing program and change the dimensions of the
picture to the resolution of your monitor, probably 1024 x 768 (don't
worry about being exact and keep the proportions of the original picture
the same so it is not distorted). Save it as a JPEG and insert it (not
copy and paste) into the file.
