picture toolbar unavailable

My picture toolbar is not in the toolbar list, and it is also not under the
customize list, so it can't be added. Does anyone have a suggestion? I am
using Word X. thanks.

Hi Jim,

Try this: Go to Tools>Customize, be sure the Main Menu toolbar is selected
and then hit the Reset button.
