I have a folder that my server put all incoming faxes in as .jpg files. I am
running Office 2007 on a machine that is running Vista Business. When I open
one of the .jpg files (double clicking opens with picture viewer) the fax is
shortened and stretched. I t looks like the program is rotating the fax to be
landscape instead of portrait. It doesn't seem to happen on all faxes, but
especially on ones do not have information on the entire page. It's like it
is figuring that the blank part of the page is not needed and cuts it off
then stretches the new picture (which is now possibly shorter than it is wide
in portrait mode) to a landscape style. I can open the same file on a machine
running Office 07 with XP and it is correct. Can anyone help me with getting
this to work with the Vista machine?
