A user has a document done in Word 2002. On her side, when she views
it on her screen in print preview, it appears exactly the way she wants
it. When she prints it out, a space appears in the word FAX at the top
of her screen (ergo; F AX). An image that is sitting to the right of
the word also appears normal.
I opened the document on my PC to test if it was her Word settings or
the document. I opened it up on my machine and viewed in Print Preview
and everything looked normal. When I printed it out, the word FAX
appears normally, but the image to the right of it is inverted and
upside down, almost like it was up-side-down and mirror image.
Any ideas what might be causing this to happen? Much thanks in advance.
