Pictures are displayed in low color format

I am using linked images on a picture control in my access
form. While viewing for over a terminal client, the
pictures are coming through in a very low color format
(looks like 16 colors). This doesn't happen when the
access form is run locally on the machine. Also, i can
run internet explorer in the same terminal server session
and see these pictures in full color.

This reply refers to Citrix, if you're just using Terminal Server, then I
have no idea if this still applies.

When you create your connection to the Terminal Server Box, one of the
settings you can set is "Windows Colors". I believe the default is 16
colors, but you can change it to 256 colors.
