Pictures & Clipart always have an X

Hi

I currently am using Outlook. Whenever someone sends me a picture or Clipart
in an email all I get is an X where the Picture / Clipart should be. Any
Suggestion?

I have the same problem, but just with Emails to and from Lotus Notes users.
