pictures doesnot appear after upload with frontpage

i'm having trouble with uploading pictures in my website. all the pictures
doesnot appear. even though the size of the site is only 28kb in 28.8 speed.
i even triede to put it into thumbnail (Autothumbnail) but in vain. where am
i missing the rail? is it the problem of my software (Front page) or my ISP?
