Pictures downloading extreamly slow

The pictures on my website take ages to download. On the
page they are in thumbnail size and then you click on
them to enlarge them. They are in a JPEG format and I
would appreciate it if anyone could tell me how to get
them to download quicker when the website is viewed.

You need to resize and optimize each image in a image application, then
re-import into FP under the same name.
