Pictures from MSAccess to Outlook

Hi,
I am looking for a way how to put pictures stored in my Access database to
Outlook email as attachment.
Emails can be send by function Application.FollowHyperLink using mailto
protocol. However I did not find in mailto RFC any headers how to put
pictures as attachment.
