Pictures in Preview Pane or at Bottom of Email

I recently switched from Outlook Express to Outlook 2002. In OE, when someone attached pictures to an email, it automatically showed them to me at the bottom of the email

How do I enable that in Outlook 2002?

You don't. Outlook shows pictures inline only if the sender put them in the
message that way.
