Pictures in Signatures

Goal: To have a signature with a picture but also be able to goto Insert>Signatures>... - to insert multiple signatures into the one email. I use the Insert>Signatures>... as a template repository to insert text in different emails. Very quick and simple.

Problem: It seems that in order to have a picture appear in my signature I have to have a tick in the "Use MSWord to edit email messages"on the Options>Mail format screen. However when I do this it takes away the option to click Insert>Signatures>...

Solution: i think the answer is figuring out how to have a signature with a picture without having to put a tick in the "Use MSWord to edit email messages"on the Options>Mail format screen.
