I'm creating an instruction document in Word. It has a table that spans multiple pages with one row and two columns. The idea is that I can have similar instructions running in parallel, side-by-side, in the two columns.
I have completed the instructions in the first column and then I copy them into the second column to use them as the baseline for creating the second set of parallel instructions; however, when I do this, some of the pictures disappear. They are not visible in any way, but their place is held as if they were there.
I have tried all the tricks that I could find to get them to show there, including checking the Placeholders setting and copying everything but the last paragraph mark, but nothing works.
Loading the document into Word 2007 on the PC shows both columns being identical as expected.
Thoughts or suggestions?
