Pictures inserted into publisher don't appear

I have inserted pictures into my publisher document and they do not show up.
It is a newsletter. I have done this many times before and not had a
problem. I have opened another newsletter from previous month and there is
no problem; The pictures show up. They do not show up in my current
document. I am using Publisher 2003 version. Any suggestions/solutions
would be appreciated. THANKS!

This did not work. The pictures are there when I print the document but I'm
not able to see them in the document to edit them, etc.

Did you do View, Pictures, Detailed display? If this is okay, try re-inserting
your pictures.
Open the Graphics Manager, do the pictures show up there when you check "show
thumbnail"?
