When I double-click on an e-mail attachment (jpg) within Outlook 2003, after
clicking the 'Open' option, the picture does not display. Double-clicking
the file within Outlook opens Picture Manager, however, only a red 'x' is
displayed.
When I extract the .jpg file to the desktop and double-click, Picture
Manager opens the file fine.
I've tried the following;
re-associating the .jpg & .jpeg extension to Picture Manager
Deleting the Outlook temp file location
Deleting the following keys from the registry;
[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\OFFICE\11.0\PICTURE MANAGER]
[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\OFFICE\11.0\OIS]
Any help would be apprrciated.
Thanks.
