Pictures Not Printing with Pack & Go

I recently used Pack & Go so I could get my catalog printed at Kinko's. When
my catalog was printed, my cover photo and three others were missing. We went
into the files and everything was there and everything was showing up on
their computer screen. Why would this happen? I would appreciate any help!
