Pictures not printing

Processor: Intel

I'm trying to print a sheet of 30 address labels. Each label has an identical picture (logo) on it. The picture looks fine in Print Layout and Print Preview, however, when I go to print it, the picture does not appear on the printout.

I can copy the picture, paste it in a new document, and print that new doc just fine.

My file is saved as a .docx. The original file was a .doc file, which was updated with new addresses and saved as .docx.

Any ideas?
