pictures off the Microsoft website

The pictures off the Microsoft website with aspx extension don't put a
picture into my document. Also we have error messages

First message --
There's a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark and is called: Object
Packager.

The second message (dialog box) also has a yellow triangle with an
exclamation mark and says something like: The server application, source or
item cannot be found; Make sure it is installed correctly etc.

Your temporary cache is full.
In Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet Options, Delete. You need to delete the
temporary files.
