Pictures/Photo Gallery

I created a photo gallery that shows up until I publish my website and then
where the images should be there is an X. What am I doing wrong?

First, did you import or save your pictures to a place within your website.
Second, then create your photo-gallery and put in the pictures you previously
saved to your website. Third, now publish and see if you have better luck.
