When I send inserted images (i.e. JPG's) from outlook, the images that are
received by the recipients are degraded and grainy. The original image looks
fine in the email (I use Word as my email editor) but once it is sent, the
image in my Sent file is degraded and the image received (in my Inbox - I
sent it to myself as a test) is also degraded. It even happens if I send it
to my AOL email addess - the image is still degraded. I tried sending the
same image from my AOL email address to my Outlook email address and the
image came through perfectly! Something is happening to the image either in
my Word 2003 program or in Outlook 2003 when the email is sent. Does anyone
out there have any solutions so that my inserted images are not degraded
(other than by simply attaching the images as an attachment)? Thanks in
advance. Neil
