Pictures sent w/e-mails

I get many responses from people I've sent e-mails to that they can't access
the pictures and or sound that's supposed to be in the message. I turned off
the "block HMTL" in Outlook Express Security. Will that correct the problem
for people who receive my messages or do I have to do something further?

It's the settings on their machines that are probably the issue, not the
setting on yours
