Hi:
I am perplexed.
I have Word as part of MS office 2000, and am editing a newsletter which includes
pictures. I will insert a picture into the newsletter and then attempt to write a caption
for it. In some cases when I hold the cursor over the picture and click the right mouse
button I get a menu that includes "Caption" as one of the options (just under "Borders and
Shading"), and in some cased I don't!
Can someone tell me why this is and how I can ALWAYS get the caption option, which I find
very useful.
Thank you in advance.
regards
