I am running Access XP on win98se. I am trying to email a
problem to MS. I select country as US. My product as
Access. I enter the requested PID and I am informed "The
Product ID number you entered is not supported in the
country that you have selected. You may go back and choose
another country or enter another Product ID number.".
I need to get past this problem to get to the real problem
