Pie Chart Slice Colors

I have created pie charts within a report for each group of records defined
by the Sorting and Grouping function. Each graph is to represent three
pieces of data as a series... Exceeded, Met, Not Met. I want Exceeded
represented by the color green, Met as the color yellow and Not Met as the
color red. As the graphs change for each group of records things work well
unless Exceeded or Met is zero... in which case it shifts the colors and Met
becomes green and Not Met could become green or yellow. Can I configure this
so Met is always yellow and Not Met is always red even if Exceeded is zero or
Met is zero? Please help... Thanks!!!
