Pin drawing to text

How do I pin a drawing to a certain piece of text or an area in OneNote so
that if I insert space, the drawing moves too and stays in its original
position albeit further up or down the page.

There is no "Pinning" as it exists in Word, but if you remove the picture
from the background (One of the options on the menu when you right-click on a
picture) it should then exist as a separate object.

When you insert writing space after that, the picture is moved relative to
the other pictures/Notes Containers above and below it.
