Pinging Rod, Jan, other gurus - EditCopyPicture problem

Does anybody have any idea why - on two specific computers but not
others - gifs generated by EditCopyPicture would fail to match the
corresponding data in Project? Specifically, the start/end dates of
the summary bars in the Project file are correct, but incorrect in the
gifs. In the gifs, the start/end dates of the summary bars at outline
levels 4, 5, 6, etc. are identical to the start/end dates of the
summary bars at higher levels; in the Project file, the summary start/
end dates correspond correctly to the child task dates.

Any musings would be appreciated. I'm thinking printer driver problem
or timing problem or something such.
