PinYin for Traditional Chinese

Is there a way to use pinyin input method to type traditional Chinese
charactors? The new phonectic system seems only for simplified charactors.

Dear Garfield-n-Odie:

Thank you for your advice. I spent whole week studied the acticle you had
recommended. With my limited knowledge, I still can not figure out how to
configue the New Phonic IME with the pinyin input.

I understand, there are HanYu Pinyin, Secondary Bopomofo and Taiwan Pinyin
keyboard layouts, but I don't know how to invoke them.

Would you please help me steps further, thanks.

P.S. Please note that I am using Microsoft Office 2003.
