Pipe Delimited Importing Text Files

Hi -- Has anyone ever encountered a problem with parts of
a text file not importing into Excel? Even though the data
is in the text file (and I can see it) when I import it
into Excel via get external data >> pipe delimited it cuts
off? There's no weird characters or code. The problem is
consistent? Any suggestions?
