Pitch of font in main screen becomes shorter suddendly

Suddenly (I don't now how) the default font of my Outlook changed to a
shorter pitch. In another hand, the font of the active window becomes larger
(appears always as Bold). I tried to manage with the Display Properties
without any results. Could anyone give a hand?
