Pivot and Date Problem

Hi

I have a query that returns the date of sale of an item, the month and how
many sales for that month.

However, when i export this to a pivot chart, it orders the data in
alphabetical order not in month order

In your query go to the field which is used for columnheading. Rightclick on
the querygrid in this field. Choose properties. Under Columnheadings type:

"jan";"feb";"mrt";"apr";"may";"jun";"jul";"aug";"sep";"oct";"nov";"dec"

or the complete names for that matter.

Now the months will show up accordingly.

it could also be:

"jan","feb","mrt","apr","mei","jun","jul","aug","sep","okt","nov","dec"

depending on your regional settings you use ; or ,
