Pivot chart suddenly prints with black in chart area

We are using an Access database with SQL tables as the back end. Until about
2 weeks ago we printed our reports that have pivot chart forms as subforms
on the report without a problem.

Now suddenly the chart area of these pivot charts print in black although
the preview is fine. We all print to the same printer and we also tested it
by printing to another printer without success.

Help will be appreciated as we urgently have to send reports to our clients.
