PIVOT CHART/TABLE -cannot interact

Hi.
One of my customers have officexp professional SP-2.
The pivot table/chart feture seem to be disabled- I can change to this View
but I cannot "interact" with it.

If I start accessxp. Open ex. northwinds (or whatever database), open a
table and try to change View to PivotCart, it change the View,but the
PivotChart menu is disabled, I cannot open the field list, I cannot do
anything.

This behaviour is known for me if I open a accessdatabase in the access
runtime enviroment and I have no FULL versjon of OfficeXP. But this should
not happen when I have full version of access2002.

Can anyone help?
