Pivot Chart won't show numbers as currency

I have four fields on my chart, it is attached to a form with the data the
chart is pulling from. The fields in the form are set to currency.
1. Name of the month - December '08
2. MTD sales
3. Goal
4. Stretch Goal

When I open the form it shows all the dollar amounts as general numbers
rather than currencies. I have tried going into the datasheet view and
changing the formatting to currency. But, as soon as I go back to Form View,
it converts back to General Numbers. Also, it changed the name of my
Categories to SumOfMTDSales, SumOfGoal and, SumOfStretchGoal. Anyone know
how to change these?
